Postflo processes your episode transcript to generate outputs. Transcript data is used only for that processing session and is not stored permanently or shared with third parties.

What Data We Store

When you use Postflo, we store:

YouTube video URLs — the episode links you submit for processing
Generated outputs — show notes, titles, descriptions, captions, clip suggestions, thumbnail text, and SEO metadata created by Postflo Intelligence
Show Profile — your show name, host information, category, and description
AI Preferences — your 12 personalization settings that customize how outputs are generated
Account information — email address, subscription status, and usage records

What We Don't Store Permanently

Postflo does not permanently retain:

Audio or video files — we process your content but don't store the media files
Raw transcripts — transcription data is processed and discarded
Temporary processing files — intermediate data created during content generation is automatically deleted

How Long We Keep Your Data

Your data is retained as follows:

Active accounts — all stored data remains available while your account is active
Cancelled subscriptions — data is kept for 90 days after cancellation, then automatically deleted
Inactive accounts — accounts with no activity for 2 years are considered dormant and data may be deleted

Requesting Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time:

Individual episodes — contact support to delete specific episode data and outputs
Show Profile or AI Preferences — request removal of personalization settings
Complete account deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some information may be retained for legal or billing purposes as required by Indian law.
