Processing Quota and Trial Limits

Processing Quota and Trial Limits

Postflo measures usage in processing minutes — the duration of the YouTube video you submit. Each paid plan includes a monthly minute allocation. Trial users have a separate episode-count limit.

Trial Plan Limit

New accounts start on a trial plan with a limited number of episodes. This lets you test Postflo's tools before upgrading.

Your trial has a lifetime episode limit. Once reached, episode processing locks until you upgrade to a paid plan. Previously processed episodes and all their outputs remain accessible.

Paid Plan Minute Allocations

Paid plans (Starter, Creator, Studio) use a minute-based quota:

  • Starter — 180 minutes per month (3 hours)
  • Creator — 480 minutes per month (8 hours)
  • Studio — 1,200 minutes per month (20 hours)

When you submit a video, the duration is measured and deducted from your balance. There is no per-episode limit — you can process as many short videos as your minute balance allows, or fewer long ones.

Rollover Minutes

Unused minutes from the previous billing cycle carry over as rollover balance. Rollover is available alongside your fresh monthly allocation. Your dashboard shows your current base balance and any rollover.

What Happens When Your Balance Runs Low

If your minute balance is insufficient to process a video:

  • You will see a balance warning before the tool runs
  • No minutes are deducted for a rejected submission
  • Previously processed episodes remain fully accessible
  • You can top up or upgrade to a higher plan to continue

Checking Your Current Balance

Your remaining minutes appear in the top navigation bar. You can also view a detailed breakdown in your account settings under Billing.

Upgrading Your Plan

To increase your monthly minute allocation:

  • Go to Settings → Billing
  • Select "Change Plan"
  • Choose a plan with more minutes
  • Complete the payment — your new balance activates immediately
